Data Analyst III

o Build dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics solutions using SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight o Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs/metrics o Analyze large datasets and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) o Develop Python automation for reporting and analytics workflows o Work with data services including S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena, and Lambda o Review ETL/ELT pipelines, Airflow DAGs, code, and data lineage o Collaborate with engineering teams on data integration and technical solutions o Use AI/GenAI tools to improve coding, troubleshooting, and automation o Translate business needs into scalable technical data solutions

o 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Analytics Engineering o Advanced SQL and strong Python skills o Experience with ETL/ELT and data pipelines o Strong dashboard and KPI development experience o Excellent stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills o Experience with AWS data services o Strong balance of technical (60%) and business-facing (40%) experience o Ability to explain end-to-end ownership of dashboards, KPIs, and analytics projects Plus: Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Fulfillment, Middle Mile, Last Mile, Transportation, or Fleet Analytics, along with QuickSight, Airflow, or GenAI experience.
