Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Reporting & Analytics Specialist to design, build, and automate reporting solutions that give the organization trusted, actionable visibility into its data. You will connect and integrate data from multiple sources, normalize and transform it through scripted pipelines, and deliver polished dashboards and reports that drive decision-making for technical and executive stakeholders alike., Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for operational and executive audiences. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, aggregation, joins across large datasets, and performance tuning. Connect and integrate multiple data sources (databases, APIs, flat files, enterprise platforms) into unified reporting datasets. Build and maintain scripted data normalization and transformation pipelines (e.g., Python) to standardize, cleanse, and reconcile data from disparate systems. Aggregate data across domains to produce consistent, reliable metrics and KPIs. Apply data visualization best practices to make complex data intuitive - right cha rt for the right story, clean layouts, drill-down paths. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable reporting products. Automate recurring manual reporting processes to improve speed, consistency, and scalability. Requirements

Strong SQL skills - complex joins, aggregations, window functions, query optimization. Proven hands-on experience building dashboards in Tableau and Power BI. Experience aggregating data and connecting multiple data sources into consolidated reporting datasets. Experience with script-based data normalization and transformation (Python or similar). Solid understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design best practices. Ability to work with stakeholders to translate business questions into reporting requirements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. CMDB knowledge - familiarity with configuration management databases (e.g., ServiceNow CMDB), CI classes, relationships, and asset/configuration data structures. Exposure to Databricks, Tableau APIs, or other reporting automation frameworks. Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts (servers, network devices, discovery tools). Experience in enterprise IT, telecom, or cybersecurity-adjacent environments. Experience with ServiceNow reporting, Performance Analytics, or asset management data.
