This position involves working closely with end-users, system integrators, OEM’s, engineering consulting firms, and electrical contractors at local high-tech customers to get our products specified for use. We will provide extensive training opportunities on all products and applications.\n \n What You’ll Do\n \n \n

- This is a Technical Specialist position focused on all Rockwell Automation / Allen Bradley Products and related services.\n
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing programs and initiatives related to Smart Components (Small Controllers, Industrial Control, Sensors, Safety, Distributed I/O, and condition-based monitoring) products and related services, as a single point of contact for the Rockwell Business Unit\n
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop marketing and business plans, technical, promotional activities, and support market objectives. Understand the existing market, trends, and competitive landscape.\n
- Customer business outcome-driven and a total solution resource\n
- Work with both internal and external customers on technical and product training, product selection, and pre/post-sales support.\n
- Quotation preparation, including the development of material for Smart Components (Small Controllers, Industrial Control, Sensors, Safety, Distributed I/O, and conditioned based monitoring) and related services as needed for customer.\n
- Work closely with manufacturing sales engineers and engineering consultants to get Rockwell Automation products and services specified.\n
- Play an active role with your customer’s buying behavior, becoming an intrinsic part of a customer’s future manufacturing designs.\n
