Director of Technology

Effectively lead and mentor teams of managers, architects, and engineers.

• Oversee and drive architecture for technology solutions.
• Guide technical selection of enterprise-wide standardized applications.
• Lead management of enterprise applications and associated infrastructure.
• Enforce structured approaches and methodologies that align with the key strategies of the organization.
• Ensure that new technology solutions are optimally designed and integrated.
• Promote the following qualities in all solutions; scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability, and manageability.

• Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including; hiring, performance management, and termination. Supervision is often provided through a team of subordinate managers. Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enforce structured approaches and methodologies that align with the key strategies of the organization and customer.
• Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including; hiring, performance management, and termination as team is built out.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study. -10+ years of relevant professional experience required. Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:

• The ability to obtain and maintain an MBI clearance is required. Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Current, active moderate level MBI preferred.

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate’s education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus’s total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
