ScaleHere’s the bit about the opportunity:As a Solution Architect in our EMEA Professional Services team, you own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for the region’s largest Banks and Financial Institutions. From deal close through to production, you lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure. You also bring that delivery expertise into strategic pre-sales cycles, helping Sales win the deals you will go on to deliver.You’ll be:Owning the transition from deal close to production, taking end-to-end accountability for the solutions deliveredDefining enterprise customers’ setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentationSteering complex integrations across core banking, custody

tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to productionCodifying reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across EMEAActing as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challengesSupporting strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution designEnsuring operational excellence and a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout deliveryWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experienceProven experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environmentsExperience with either blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with Banks, Financial Institutions, or enterprise financial systems. One is a must, both is a strong advantageSoftware development experience and a hands-on technical mindsetDeep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experienceStrong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practicesDemonstrated technical leadership, mentoring engineers or architects and setting technical standardsPre-sales exposure (solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support) is a plusExcellent written and spoken English; additional EMEA languages are a plusFireblocks’ mission is to enable every business to easily and securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies.
