Day to day the Crypto Trading Developer will: * Building a Crypto Trading Platform for new exchanges. * Responsible for research, design, development of a trading platform. * Recruitment and Development of a larger team. * Analyze current DeFi protocols for use within trading C++ Trading Developers should have: * Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable school, more than 5 years of experience in technology development, and more than 2-years relevant trading experience * Solid C++ Engineering skills *

Experience of trading ideally in a buy side environment * Understanding of Low Latency Infrastructure * Understanding of Trade Order Books * Ideally Familiar with encryption algorithms, consensus mechanisms, security protocols, distributed computing.
