Requirements

Lead the design, development, automation, and optimization of enterprise-grade ETL pipelines supporting large-scale data processing. This role requires strong hands-on engineering depth in Python, Oracle, and Ansible, with the ability to guide ETL strategy, performance tuning, and production reliability. Ab Initio experience is a plus but not mandatory., 8-12+ years ETL/Data Engineering experience. Strong hands-on Python for data pipelines and automation. Deep experience with Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning). Solid experience with Ansible for automation and DevOps workflows. ETL design expertise; Ab Initio exposure is a strong plus. Experience with job scheduling tools (Autosys, Control-M, Airflow, etc.). Strong debugging, performance tuning, and production support skills.
