Job description

  • Define and own solution architecture for Teamcenter implementation and integrations (SAP, CAD, external systems).
  • Lead design and implementation of bidirectional integrations using AIG (T4S/T4ST/C4NT), ensuring data consistency and performance.
  • Drive overall system design covering Teamcenter modules such as Change Management, Workflow, Structure Manager, Query Builder, Reports, BMIDE, and Access Manager.
  • Architect and oversee Teamcenter customizations using ITK, SOA, AWC, BMIDE, and Java.
  • Design data models, interface architecture, and deployment strategies aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Provide technical leadership across development, configuration, migration, and integration tracks.
  • Ensure best practices in access control, workflow design, reporting, and schedule management.
  • Lead data migration strategy and execution from legacy systems to Teamcenter.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across integration and customization layers; ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Guide development teams on coding standards, version control, and development tools (Visual Studio, Eclipse, etc.).
  • Drive quality, governance, and compliance across implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy).
  • Stay updated with latest advancements in Teamcenter, SAP integration frameworks, and PLM best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter modules: Change Management, Workflow, Structure Manager, Query Builder, Reports, BMIDE, Access Manager
  • Deep expertise in Teamcenter customization (ITK, SOA, AWC, BMIDE, TCL Java)
  • Proven experience in Teamcenter integrations (T4S/T4ST), CAD integrations, deployment, and configuration
  • Strong programming experience in C/C++ (ITK server-side), Angular, TCL and Java
  • Experience with Access Manager, Workflow Designer, Report Builder, and Schedule Manager
  • Expertise in data migration strategies from legacy systems
  • Knowledge of development tools (Visual Studio, Eclipse) and version control systems
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and architectural decision-making skills
