Job description
- Identification and consolidation of the needs of all stakeholders involved
- Collection, analysis, and specification of technical requirements
- Decomposition of requirements and maintenance of consistency across all levels of analysis
- Change management for requirements
- Verification of requirements fulfillment and oversight of evidence documentation
- Organization and conduct of requirements and design reviews
- Empowering and supporting the project team in implementing the structured development process (V-Model) through guidelines, training materials, consulting, and the preparation of reports
- Communication and technical coordination with other functional departments
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a science or technical field, preferably in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or aerospace engineering
- In-depth knowledge of requirements management, verification management, or systems engineering, as well as practical experience in complex development projects
- Preferably experience with aviation or munitions development standards
- Knowledge of tool-supported requirements analysis, ideally Jama Connect
- Good written and spoken English and German skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
