Job description

My client is recruiting an CAFM & Data Manager who is highly organised with excellent time management skills. They will report into the assisting with the coordinating of initiatives and activities to ensure smooth running of the account. The successful candidate will be a lead for communication having regular contact with the client and colleagues involved in the contract. This role will be based from home, attending meetings in the London Office when required.

The main duties for the role,

  • To ensure all regular reporting is completed in line with the client agreements
  • Working directly with all countries and sites to guarantee reporting requirements and deadlines are met
  • Work with the Account Director and Finance Controller on any new reporting required on the account
  • Develop strong working relationships with site coordinators, managers and local in-country support teams from the countries and sites required
  • Manage monthly reviews with countries/sites raising risks and issues
  • Act as the operational account representative with the mobilisation and transition of all new sites
  • Analysing and advising any developments/improvements that can be made on the data collection process and data collected
  • Work with the site account and local IT teams guaranteeing they understand how data collected relates to performance and KPI’s.
  • Propose performance improvements to be made for systems, processes and operational methods to reduce cost and waste while improving productivity
  • Work with the Account Director and Finance Controller to implement any processes and procedures needed, creating and delivering training documents and sessions needed

Requirements

  • Must have excellent account administration skills
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office and productivity applications
  • Experience with a CAFM system is highly advantageous
  • Able to work as part of a team while working from home
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluent English speaker with a second European language being an advantage
  • Previous experience of multi-site/country FM Operations would be a major advantage
  • Display patience and understanding while working with teams who do not speak English as their first language
