Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong TO, DNO or utility infrastructure experience and NEC4 ECC knowledge to lead projects from start to completion.

The Role

Lead delivery of projects typically valued at £1m-£10m.
Manage programmes, budgets, risk, commercial performance and subcontractors.
Manage NEC4 ECC, including early warnings and compensation events.
Lead site teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
Manage CVR, forecasting, P&L and risk/opportunity.
Work closely with clients including National Grid.
Coordinate outage/system access requirements.
Ensure safe delivery through CPP, RAMS, ITPs and H&S processes.

Requirements

4+ years’ Project Management experience, ideally including 2+ years in TO, DNO or utility infrastructure.
Proven delivery of £1m-£10m projects or major workstreams.
Strong working knowledge of NEC4 ECC and compensation events.
Experience managing site teams, subcontractors and commercial performance.
Experience across substations, OHL, HV cables, cable routes or associated civils.
National Grid or other major utility client experience highly desirable.
CEMAR or similar NEC contract management experience desirable.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally, including Monday-Thursday stays.
