Asset Administrator (IT)

Asset Administrator Synergize Consulting is hiring for an Asset Administrator to work at a leading client in the defence sector, on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work within the IT & Technology function and will oversee the management and administration of software assets related to the client’s cutting edge products and services. Base pay range Not specified. Responsibilities Assist with preparing renewal documentation, compiling software usage and entitlement data, and tracking key renewal dates. Maintain accurate records of software licenses, including purchases, entitlements, deployments, and renewals. Input and update software license and usage data within the appropriate asset management tools. Support administrative aspects of renewals and agreements. Engage with procurement and software vendors to obtain renewals and quotes for licences. Qualifications A strong administrative background, with the ability to analyse and organise large data sets. Previous experience in using SAP would be highly desirable. Any experience with managing assets or licences would be advantageous but not essential. Strong skills in using Excel for data recording. An all-round IT knowledge would be desirable. An excellent eye for detail, and good organisational skills. The ability to communicate with, engage stakeholders and vendors.
