There will be opportunities for client site visits and client engagement, hence excellent communication skills are necessary. They will have good problem-solving skills and will work in a team environment, on a wide variety of business & technical issues.Day to Day the Analyst Developer will:Software DevelopmentReview and analysis of client specificationsEstimation and production of development proposalsBuilding new software in line with client specificationsPerforming solution testing to ensure system

integrityServicing defect management activitiesWorking within a Scrum team.The role requires the candidate to work independently, and is collaborative in nature. The candidate should be adept at problem solving through innovation, and have a proven track record on successfully overseeing a number of projects of differing scales.
