What we’re looking for: Finance qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT) - desirable but not essential. Solid & demonstrable PQE experience with an established portfolio of work experience, ideally

within a professional services environment. Strong academic record, preferably with a relevant or business-focused degree (finance, accounting, business management, or data analytics). Good understanding of finance processes and best practice across FP&A, R2R, P2P, O2C. Ability to use knowledge of ‘good practice’ to identify process gaps, analyse the impact and work with senior team members to propose solutions. Experience working in cross-functional project teams, managing stakeholders, and driving change in complex environments. Strong project management skills, with some experience delivering transformation initiatives on time and within budget. Good written, oral and presentation skills, able to explain complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and influence at all levels. Good client relationship management skills. Team player, able to work in virtual and independent contexts. Proactive, organised, and self-motivated. High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
