Essential:Proven Solution or AI Architecture experience in large, complex organisations.Strong experience across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and Fabric.Deep understanding of Gen AI, Agentic AI, RAG, orchestration, automation, and integration patterns.Experience designing secure, scalable, and governed AI solutions.Experience operating within security, privacy, governance, and compliance frameworks.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.Ability to translate strategic objectives into deliverable outcomes.Experience defining measurable business outcomes and value realisation frameworks.
