Job description

A well-established technology consultancy is looking to strengthen its digital hardware capability with the addition of an FPGA Engineer. The team works on a broad mix of technically challenging programmes spanning wireless communications, aerospace systems, and next-generation network technologies. You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary environment where projects range from concept development through to fully realised systems. Working in small, high-calibre teams, you’ll contribute to architecture, FPGA implementation, and hardware integration across a variety of applications. In this role, you’ll take part in shaping system designs, developing and verifying RTL, and delivering high-performance FPGA solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with software, RF, DSP, and systems engineers, gaining exposure to complex, real-world engineering challenges while influencing technical direction on projects. Requirements

FPGA or ASIC design and verification RTL coding in Verilog or SystemVerilog Familiarity with Vivado or Quartus and timing closure Understanding of system-level design and high-speed electronics Strong academic background in Engineering, Physics, or a related field Experience with DSP, RF systems, or mentoring would be beneficial.
