Solution Designer

Develop, manage, and update end-to-end solution designs aligned with reference architectures and business requirements.

• Clearly articulate and document key design decisions and options, ensuring transparency in the decision-making process.
• Document and seek approval for any design deviations, especially those introducing technical debt.
• Identify, record, and mitigate technical risks and issues arising from solution designs.
• Translate requirements into architectural solutions that meet customer needs and deliver expected business outcomes.
• Ensure that solution designs are efficient, timely, and cost-effective throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain a strong understanding of both business drivers and technical security requirements.
• Promote thorough documentation and design record-keeping.

Demonstrated, in-depth experience in cryptography, data security, identity & access management, and privileged access management.

• Broad IT background with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both security and non-security stakeholders.
• Experience participating in large-scale IT transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Possession of CISSP, CISM, or other recognized cybersecurity certifications.

Platform & Technology Skills:

• Proficient in using Jira for project and task management.
• Proficient in using Confluence for documentation purposes.
• Experience with BizzDesign, Archi, or UML tools for high-level architectural visualizations.
