- Oversee all phases of multimillion-dollar projects from preconstruction through delivery
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial health
- Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
- Lead internal teams and coordinate with subcontractors to meet milestones
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, inspectors, and trade partners
- Drive projects to completion on time, on budget, and to quality standards
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience managing large-scale multifamily projects
- Proven ability to lead ground-up construction projects
- Strong financial and contractual management skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
