Cobol Developer

As a CI Process Pro, you will facilitate and implement process improvement projects within the business units at Tractor Operations., * Work independently to develop and maintain COBOL applications on the IBM iSeries/AS400 platform.

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Utilize DB2 SQL for database management and operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address any technical or project-related issues.

We are seeking a highly experienced developer with extensive expertise in COBOL, specifically on the IBM iSeries platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of COBOL, be able to contribute immediately, and possess strong communication skills., * Minimum of 10 years of hands-on COBOL experience, with recent experience being crucial.

• Strong expertise in IBM iSeries/AS400, COBOL, and DB2 SQL.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $70.00 /hour. As a non-exempt position, this role will be eligible for overtime, at 1.5 times the base rate, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
