Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Transformation Director to join our ever evolving Transformation Team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving successful client partnerships and delivering complex technology solutions that power seamless payment experiences worldwide. Your leadership will directly influence client satisfaction, revenue growth, and the successful delivery of innovative implementations-connecting business needs with scalable solutions that move our clients and Global Payments forward. This is an opportunity to lead with impact, collaborate across functions, and help define how we deliver value in a rapidly evolving payments ecosystem.
What you’ll own
- Drive end-to-end delivery success for complex client implementations, ensuring outcomes meet revenue targets, timeline commitments, and client expectations.
- Strengthen and expand client relationships by influencing executive stakeholders and creating opportunities for repeat business and long-term partnership growth.
- Lead and empower cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions, aligning priorities and resolving challenges to maintain momentum and achieve measurable results.
- Own commercial outcomes by shaping Statements of Work (SOWs), negotiating terms, and ensuring alignment between client needs and profitable delivery.
- Influence business strategy by identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and advancing new services or capabilities that accelerate growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading client-facing technology or professional services teams, with a track record of delivering complex implementations and driving client success.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging executive-level clients and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate client needs into scalable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Leadership approach grounded in accountability, collaboration, and empowering teams to perform at their best., * Experience in the payments, financial services, or technology industry.
- Advanced degree or additional qualifications in business, technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success building new service offerings or expanding client portfolios in a professional services environment.
