We’re looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Engineer to architect, build, and scale a brand-new Salesforce environment that will serve as the foundation for key business operations. This is a rare opportunity to own a greenfield Salesforce implementation from day one, define best practices, and create a modern CRM ecosystem that directly supports growth and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, designing scalable solutions, and integrating enterprise systems in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead a Greenfield Salesforce Implementation

  • Define architecture, data models, security frameworks, and development standards.
  • Establish scalable solutions that support future growth and evolving business needs.

Architect Enterprise Integrations

  • Design and manage real-time integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Build APIs and integration frameworks that ensure secure, reliable data movement across systems.
  • Drive data consistency and operational efficiency throughout the organization.

Develop High-Quality Solutions

  • Implement CI/CD processes, testing strategies, and scalable development frameworks.
  • Deliver clean, maintainable, and high-performing code.

Drive Data Governance & Security

  • Establish data governance, validation, and synchronization strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy between CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Design solutions with a security-first mindset, leveraging Salesforce security and compliance capabilities.

Partner Across the Business

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance.
  • Support platform administration, user management, permissions, and ongoing optimization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Salesforce engineering and development experience.

  • Experience working with Git-based version control and modern development practices.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, sharing models, and data protection.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
  • MuleSoft Developer certification.
  • Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, commodities, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience with Salesforce Shield and advanced security frameworks.
  • Experience with AWS services, Node.js, event-driven architectures, or serverless solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Copilot, Cursor, or other AI-assisted development tools.
