Job description
Are you a Salesforce engineer who wants to do more than maintain existing systems? We’re looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Engineer to architect, build, and scale a brand-new Salesforce environment that will serve as the foundation for key business operations. This is a rare opportunity to own a greenfield Salesforce implementation from day one, define best practices, and create a modern CRM ecosystem that directly supports growth and operational excellence.
This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, designing scalable solutions, and integrating enterprise systems in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead a Greenfield Salesforce Implementation
- Design, build, and deploy a new Salesforce environment from the ground up.
- Define architecture, data models, security frameworks, and development standards.
- Establish scalable solutions that support future growth and evolving business needs.
Architect Enterprise Integrations
- Design and manage real-time integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Build APIs and integration frameworks that ensure secure, reliable data movement across systems.
- Drive data consistency and operational efficiency throughout the organization.
Develop High-Quality Solutions
- Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce best practices.
- Implement CI/CD processes, testing strategies, and scalable development frameworks.
- Deliver clean, maintainable, and high-performing code.
Drive Data Governance & Security
- Establish data governance, validation, and synchronization strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy between CRM and ERP platforms.
- Design solutions with a security-first mindset, leveraging Salesforce security and compliance capabilities.
Partner Across the Business
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance.
- Support platform administration, user management, permissions, and ongoing optimization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Salesforce engineering and development experience.
- Proven experience implementing Salesforce environments from the ground up.
- Strong expertise with:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- JavaScript
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce DX
- Deep experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API-led integrations.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite or similar enterprise ERP platforms.
- Experience working with Git-based version control and modern development practices.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, sharing models, and data protection.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- MuleSoft Developer certification.
- Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, commodities, or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience with Salesforce Shield and advanced security frameworks.
- Experience with AWS services, Node.js, event-driven architectures, or serverless solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Copilot, Cursor, or other AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience leading technical initiatives, sprint planning, and architectural decision-making.
