Job description

  • Collaborate with scrum masters, subject matter experts, technology and feature leads, and business analysts to refine initiatives and develop features in Agile sprints.
  • Design, develop, and maintain services and applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
  • Write efficient SQL queries and support ETL/database testing efforts.
  • Implement unit tests and contribute to QA test automation frameworks, including RAFT, Selenium, and Cucumber/Octane reporting.
  • Provide leadership and technical direction to the team and champion Agile/DevOps practices and architectural patterns.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic Wholesale Credit Systems Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in core Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and modern UI frameworks and a proven ability to deliver high-quality features in an Agile environment with solid unit and functional testing., * 7+ years of hands-on Core Java development.

  • Proficiency in Spring Boot and related Spring frameworks.
  • Strong SQL query development and database fundamentals.
  • Versed in UI scripting languages such as JavaScript, jQuery, React, or AngularJS.
  • Experience with unit testing and QA automation frameworks (RAFT, Selenium Framework, Cucumber Reports).
  • Ability to provide leadership and technical direction to the team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills:

  • Spring Framework and UI development with JavaScript.
  • Experience with QA automation tooling such as RAFT, Selenium, and Octane.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science.

Primary/Secondary/Tertiary Skills:

  • Primary: Spring Boot.
  • Secondary: Core Java.
  • Tertiary: ETL/Database testing.
