Job description

You will be part of the Mobileye Autonomous Vehicle project, which delivers high-quality AV (Autonomous Vehicle) products to various vehicle manufacturers. We are precepting the complex system as a whole and are the main gate to ensure the safety of our autonomous driving products. As a System validation engineer, you will be interacting with the team members as well as with most of Mobileye’s departments to develop state-of-the-art automation suites based on a thorough understanding of product behavior.

What will your job look like?

  • Writing test plans in accordance with the system’s requirements to ensure high-quality products.
  • Integrating multiple system components to run system-wide test cases on autonomous simulators
  • Executing Manual tests as well as built-in automated test sets.
  • Working in a multi-tasked, dynamic, and diversified environment.
  • Writing automation scripts.
  • Record, investigate, and analyze defects
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Requirements

  • BSc in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience as a System validation engineer (test planning, execution, traceability, and release-quality judgment).
  • 3+ years of experience in ramp-up and maintenance of hardware and software integrated systems testing environment.
  • Systems-oriented validation mindset: understanding of OS/process basics, environments and dependencies, logs and diagnostics, configuration, networking fundamentals, and performance/stability considerations as they affect validation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations).
  • Proven ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured technical documents (test plans, reports, runbooks, and evidence-backed conclusions).
  • A passion for validation and quality engineering
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew.
