Ai engineer - full stack

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to lead the AI-driven modernization of a complex enterprise application. The ideal candidate will combine deep full-stack engineering expertise with modern AI-assisted, specification-driven development practices to rebuild and modernize legacy systems while ensuring enterprise-grade architecture, security, scalability, resilience, and compliance.

This role requires a strong technical leader who can define architecture, drive engineering best practices, collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs), and convert business knowledge into structured technical specifications for AI-assisted software development. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
• Define and drive the application architecture, technical standards, and engineering best practices.
• Modernize and re-platform legacy applications using AI-assisted development methodologies.
• Collaborate with SMEs to capture business knowledge and translate it into clear technical specifications and developer-ready requirements.
• Design secure, scalable, highly available, and resilient enterprise solutions.
• Build and integrate microservices, REST APIs, event-driven services, and cloud-native applications.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications, databases, and enterprise platforms.
• Mentor engineering teams while providing technical leadership through collaboration and influence.

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development of enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in modern programming languages, front-end and back-end frameworks, microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native technologies.
• Proven experience defining enterprise architecture and driving technical direction.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, governance, data privacy, and business continuity planning (BCM).
• Experience designing highly available, resilient, and disaster recovery-ready applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, AWS Kiro, or similar AI coding platforms.
• Experience with specification-driven and intent-based software development approaches.
• Strong ability to reverse-engineer legacy systems and modernize applications with limited documentation.
• Experience eliciting requirements from SMEs and converting business processes into structured technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills., * Experience with enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-native software engineering practices and agentic AI development workflows.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and modern software delivery practices.
