Job description

We’re working with an established UK-based technology business that develops innovative software solutions used by thousands of businesses nationwide. They’re looking to add an experienced UX/Product Designer to their growing team.The RoleWorking closely with developers, stakeholders and end users, you’ll gather requirements, improve workflows and design clean, user-friendly interfaces across a range of complex web applications. Projects include CRM platforms, HR software, workforce management systems and other business-critical applications. You’ll take ownership of the UX and product design process, translating complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences while helping to shape the future direction of multiple products.What We’re Looking ForIdeally you’ll have:Strong commercial experience in UX, UI or Product DesignExcellent Figma (or equivalent) skillsExperience designing complex web applications or business systemsExperience owning design across projects with complex
