Senior Full Stack Software Developer - FinTech Platform At Shakers, we’re partnering with a company building a next-generation financial services platform to bring on a Senior Full Stack Software Developer.It’s a hands-on role with real ownership over core systems, working two days a week from a Madrid office in Retiro.The team is building out the core of a financial platform from the ground up: customer-facing portals, backend services, and the APIs that tie everything together.There’s real ownership here, working closely with product, data and business stakeholders on architecture, security and performance decisions, while also reviewing code and mentoring less senior developers.Delivery speed matters, and the team leans on AI-assisted tooling (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to move fast without cutting corners on quality.Develop customer-facing portal experiences on the front end Build and scale backend services and REST APIs Uphold security, performance and reliability standards across the stack Partner with product, data and business teams on delivery Review code and support the growth of junior developers Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development without compromising quality 5+ years of professional software development experience ~ Strong hands-on experience across front-end (React or Angular) and back-end (Java, Python, Node.Js or Go)~ Fluent English ~ Availability for a hybrid model in Madrid (Retiro), 2 days/week onsite Experience in FinTech, financial software or
