TSL is a leader in technical construction and specialise in advanced manufacturing, data centres, food, logistics, and pharmaceuticals.We design, build, and deliver top quality commercial and manufacturing facilities, which are tailored to the needs of our clients.Our family focused culture links our passionate, hard-working people together to build the highest quality projects all over the world.We are firm believers that to build quality, you must invest in quality, and we commit to developing our biggest asset: our employees.We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an exceptional IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist.This pivotal role will involve providing top-notch IT cloud services to our esteemed TSL Projects users, ensuring swift and efficient resolution of all technical issues.As IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for optimising infrastructure, enhancing operational performance, and ensuring reliability.This role provides a perfect balance between operational duties and engaging project work.In return, you can expect us to invest in your professional development, helping you elevate your skills to new heights.You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the TSL infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues related to infrastructure tools such as Azure Services, Tenable, SonicWall, PowerShell & Ubiquity.The ideal candidate will specialise in a range of Azure services, while also leveraging expertise in on-premises technologies to support hybrid and migration scenarios.You will collaborate with the Head of IT and the Infrastructure Cyber Security Engineering and Support Teams to comprehensively understand the strategy and pipeline for upcoming projects.Establishing and overseeing cloud infrastructure and services, including Microsoft Azure, to optimise performance and efficiency.Monitoring the TSL system’s performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure high availability and reliability.Optimize and manage cloud infrastructure by provisioning and configuring virtual machines, containers, and storage solutions.Actively involved in building cloud security infrastructure in close collaboration with the TSL IT team.Hybrid Environment and Migrations Architecture: Develop and implement migration strategies to transition outdated systems to modern, cloud-based management solutions.Facilitate co-management scenarios and integrate hybrid environments effectively.Provie support to our user In Madrid Head Quarter and Madrid Projects.Cloud Design: Effectively implement and maintain Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) to enhance identity management and strengthen access control Develop design solutions for secure collaboration utilizing Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and SharePoint.Streamline workflows and infrastructure management by utilizing PowerShell, Azure CLI, and the Graph API.Ensure IT disaster recovery is aligned to business continuity plans.Implement and manage disaster recovery of key TSL platforms as well as regularly test restoration.Cloud Security: Set up and manage cloud based advanced threat protection.Network Infrastructure: Monitoring UNIFI networking systems.ITIL framework knowledge At TSL, success depends as much on mindset and attitude as it does on skill set and qualifications.Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Intune Proven experience in designing and deploying hybrid and cloud-native infrastructure solutions.In-depth knowledge of Azure Entra ID, including hybrid identity configurations such as Azure Connect Sync, Auto Pilot, and hybrid join.File servers and network shares.Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure CLI, and scripting for automation.Solid knowledge of networking VPN, DNS, Conditional Access and security frameworks.Project management and organizational abilities are robust, ensuring successful project delivery.Experience in Ubiquity network solutions Experience in virtual server technologies The role will directly report into Infrastructure and Cyber Security Manager Full-time

Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure CLI, and scripting for automation. Solid knowledge of networking VPN, DNS, Conditional Access and security frameworks. Project management and organizational abilities are robust, ensuring successful project delivery.
