Job description

Join the ArcGIS Knowledge team and build graph and semantic capabilities in Web GIS that help customers model real-world systems and uncover patterns across spatial and nonspatial data. These capabilities support customers ranging from intelligence and public safety, to supply chain resilience and asset management. By combining graph analysis and semantic models with spatial analysis in ArcGIS, you will help customers identify critical nodes and events, uncover new patterns and relationships, and leverage complex data in GeoAI workflows. If you have worked with graph databases, link analysis workflows and semantic models, we would like to hear from you.

In this role, you will work closely with engineers, product managers, and customers to design and deliver graph analysis capabilities that address real-world challenges. Check out these ArcGIS Knowledge Resources and Articles to get a better understanding of the product and it’s impact!

  • Ability to manage priorities and tasks as needed in a fast-paced work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, GIS, data science, network science, mathematics, or related field

Recommended Qualifications

  • Experience with knowledge graph, ontology, or semantic data modeling concepts
  • Experience with graph and relational databases
  • Experience with graph or link analysis workflows
  • Experience integrating AI and assistant workflows with graph, semantic, or connected data systems
  • Experience writing technical documents for a variety of audiences
