Senior Systems Engineer

You’ll apply structured systems engineering methodologies throughout the product lifecycle, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams., * Supporting stakeholder requirements analysis and system specification

• Developing and managing system, hardware and software requirements
• Managing requirements baselines, traceability and verification
• Supporting system architecture development and technical trade-off studies
• Applying ISO 26262 Functional Safety and ISO 21434 Cybersecurity
• Producing safety specifications, reports and technical documentation
• Supporting system verification, including test case definition and test result analysis
• Investigating non-conformances and supporting change management
• Working with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop robust technical solutions
• Supporting risk assessments and continuous improvement

We’re looking for a Systems Engineer with a relevant engineering degree and proven experience in Systems Engineering, ideally within a complex engineering environment.

Essential experience:

• Systems Engineering and requirements management
• Systems architecture and technical trade-offs
• Functional Safety - ISO 26262 or equivalent
• Cybersecurity - ISO 21434 or equivalent
• Requirements traceability and verification
• System-level testing and verification
• Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams

Desirable:

• Automotive industry experience
• MATLAB / Simulink experience
• Experience working with complex hardware and software systems
