Junior IT Support Engineer

DescriptionRobert Half Technology are assisting the world’s leading global fashion powerhouse to recruit a Junior IT Support Engineer on a contract basis - London based RoleThe Junior IT Support Engineer will be responsible for the proactive monitoring, maintenance and support/escalation of the incoming IT support requests either by email, phone or internal ticketing system.To develop support documentation where required to improve the user experience.Provide on occasion out of hours support as required.To assist the Group Technology and wider InformationAny other ad-hoc work requests as determined by the Group IT Manager.ProfileThe Junior IT Support Engineer will ideally have c1-2 years of experience in an IT support role,Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.Experience with hardware troubleshooting, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).Excellent problem-solving skills and
