We are looking for an experiencedSalesforce Project Managerto lead the delivery of SalesforceSales Cloud and Service Cloudprojects from initiation through successful implementation and continuous improvement.¿No sabe con seguridad qué habilidades necesitará para esta oportunidad?Simplemente lea la descripción completa a continuación para obtener una idea clara de los requisitos del candidato.The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, CRM processes, and Sales and Service Cloud capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation and transformation projects.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.Coordinate Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, integration teams, and external partners.Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, solution discussions, sprint planning, stand-ups, showcases, and project governance meetings.Ensure effective delivery across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, data migration, automation, reporting, and related CRM capabilities.Manage UAT, defect resolution, deployment, release planning, and go-live activities.Maintain clear project governance, status reporting, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications.Identify and proactively manage project risks, blockers, dependencies, and delivery challenges.Manage relationships with senior business stakeholders and third-party Salesforce partners.Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, business objectives, security requirements, and scalable architecture principles.Support change management, user adoption, training, and post-go-live stabilisation.Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to maximise the value of the Salesforce platform.Required Experience & Skills5+ years as a Project Manager delivering Salesforce projects.Strong hands-on understanding ofSalesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Experience managing Salesforce implementations, enhancements, migrations, integrations, or transformation programmes.Strong understanding of CRM processes including sales, lead and opportunity management, customer service, case management, service operations, and reporting.Experience working with Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.Strong problem-solving, organisation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.What We OfferOpportunity to lead high-impact Salesforce transformation programmes.Exposure to senior stakeholders and enterprise-scale CRM initiatives.Collaborative and forward-thinking technology environment.Opportunities for professional development and Salesforce certification.Competitive salary and benefits package.xkdbapoFlexible working options.
