Job description

Looking for a new management challenge in a rapidly growing and highly successful company? To succeed in this role, you will be pragmatic and collaborative by nature, with strong organisational skills and the ability to foster communication between the development teams and the end users of their work.

Requirements

Your industry background will have given you an acute appreciation for the issues that can arise in hardware development and the importance of good design and thorough testing to prevent expensive errors.You will need:An impressive track record of building and leading teams in developing high speed mission-critical electronics.You are easy to work with and have excellent collaboration skills - while you have achievements to boast and experience to call upon, you naturally prefer a more co-operative approach and value others’ input.A solid academic background and strong knowledge of high speed electronics design and FPGA development.Full existing UK work permission.Not essential, but experience within the semiconductor devices industry would be a bonus.The company is driven by success, but moreover by the ability that this success gives them to affect change for good.
