Head of Digital Strategy - Architecture

Develop and maintain the enterprise digital strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectivesBuild global architectural standards and capabilities, partnering with delivery teams to ensure consistent implementationOwn and maintain a global technology roadmap that anticipates future business and technical needsLead the creation and evolution of enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and principlesOversee domain architects (AI, application, data, infrastructure, security) to ensure consistent architecture practicesGovern architecture decisions to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, cost-effective, and strategically alignedDefine standardised processes, set guardrails for local variations, and conduct regular audits to ensure global consistency and compliance across key digital domainsChair the Castrol digital design authority; ensuring all digital projects conform to Castrol’s reference architectureOwn the digital portfolio, ensuring investment decisions reflect risk
