Job description

The Analyst II plays an active role in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of clinical applications. This role involves working independently on complex tasks such as system upgrades, process improvements, and intermediate-level troubleshooting. The Analyst II may lead smaller projects or components of larger projects and is often responsible for coordinating with other departments. They also play a role in training and guiding Level I analysts and may contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to clinical applications.

This specific position only is responsible for supporting, configuring and optimizing our Microsoft 365 products as well as our other communication tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the following products: Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Admin Center, and Exchange.

Critical thinking skills: Possesses the ability to apply well developed analytical critical thinking skills to software applications, operational workflow, and policies and procedures of the department

Advanced Support and Problem Solving: Provides in-depth support to end-users, resolving complex issues. Often acts as a liaison between users and IT.

System Enhancement and Configuration: Plays a role in the configuration and customization of clinical applications. May assist in system upgrades and testing.

Project Management: Involved in smaller projects or specific components of larger projects. May lead small teams or initiatives. Knowledge of healthcare delivery and change management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works across different departments to understand and integrate clinical workflows with IT systems. Works closely with operational end users to understand their business requirements relative to system configuration.

Policy and Compliance: Ensures that applications adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.

Other Functions:

Participates in On-Call rotation.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems & applications support?, Highschool or equivalent, and six (6) years of related advanced IT/clinical experience

Must show proven success in the support of Clinical Applications and maintain system certifications where applicable.
