Health Systems Analyst II

Implements, monitors, and supports servers and storage environments and provides operational application support. Provides server and desktop technology support, including operating system maintenance, application maintenance and ensures systems adhere to user access, configuration, and maintenance policies. Works very closely with other technical personnel to coordinate the implementation and ongoing support of systems. Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university in Information Technology; or six years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience., An additional three (3) years experience in a related field. COMPUTER SKILLS An individual should have knowledge of Database, Design, Development, Internet, Spreadsheet, and Word Processing software. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must possess a valid driver’s license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge of Microsoft Terminal Services, Microsoft Windows Operating systems, Microsoft Windows Clustering Services, Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtual environments., Demonstrated participation in technical projects. Experience with virtualization, VDI, and Microsoft Remote Desktop methodologies., While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
