Job description

  • Ensure high availability and resilience of services, applying SRE practices (SLI/SLO/SLA definitions, error budgets, toil reduction).
  • Identify and resolve systemic reliability issues through architectural improvements.
  • Develop and enhance observability dashboards using AppDynamics, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, OpenTelemetry.
  • Establish performance KPIs, monitor trends, and set proactive alerting mechanisms.
  • Implement distributed tracing and full-stack performance visibility.
  • Improve frontend performance and Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS, INP) through network optimization, resource compression, and rendering improvements.
  • Conduct end-to-end performance analysis across application, database, infrastructure, and cloud layers.
  • Perform load, stress, soak, and scalability testing using JMeter, Gatling, K6.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of RUM and APM tools - AppDynamics (preferred), New Relic, Datadog.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS - ECS/EKS, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, API Gateway, ALB; Azure).
  • Expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases and caching strategies.
  • Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, browser performance, rendering pipelines, and CDN optimization.
  • Proficiency with frontend profiling tools (Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools).
  • Strong experience in performance scripting (JMeter, K6, Gatling).
  • Dashboarding and monitoring skills with AppDynamics, Quantum Metrics, ELK, Grafana.
