Job Title:Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer (Azure / OCI)Location:Nearshore (EU & UK)Contract Type:Day Rate Contract (6-month Contract)Strong Daily RateStart Date:ASAP (Two Interview Stage Process)Overview:PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks aJunior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineerto providetechnical or operational supportacrossMicrosoft AzureandOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)environments.This role is ideal for candidates with cloud certifications, strong infrastructure support experience, and a passion for cloud operations, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise infrastructure services.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical or operational support forAzure and/or OCIcloud environments.Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.SupportMicrosoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID.Administer and supportWindows Server, hybrid cloud infrastructure,Intune, andSCCM/MECMenvironments.Monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and support operational activities followingITILpractices.Assist withPowerShell automation, backup, disaster recovery, security, and access governance.SupportVMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and SAN storageenvironments.Contribute to cloud migration, transformation, and modernization projects.Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer and stakeholder support.Must-Have Skills & Experience:3 - 6 years’ experience inCloud Support, Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Operational Supportroles.Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Azureand/orOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Mandatory cloud certification:Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)or higher, and/orOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associateor higher.Experience supporting large enterprise Windows environments.Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Networking, and Hybrid Cloud.Good English communication and customer service skills.Experience within regulated or government environments is advantageous.Please note no visa sponsorship for this rolePFH Technology, owned by Ricoh - a Japanese based global ICT company, is a premier provider of end-to-end ICT solutions and a managed services portfolio scaling from SMEs to large Enterprise organisations.We have unrivalled vendor relationships.We can procure, design, deploy and support all your ICT needs.Our ISO certified CustodianTM Cloud Services and CustodianTM Managed Services provide the technology and expertise to mitigate risk and reduce your costs immediately.We have a nationwide network of over 750 dedicated professionals, ready to meet your ICT needs, with offices in Dublin, Cork and Galway.

3 - 6 years’ experience inCloud Support, Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Operational Supportroles. Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Azureand/orOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Mandatory cloud certification: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)or higher, and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associateor higher.
