Digital Workplace & Cloud Architect (M365)

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Workplace & Cloud Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and transformation of our enterprise digital workplace, collaboration, endpoint, identity, and cloud platforms. Reporting to the Principal Global Architect, you’ll define enterprise standards, drive large-scale transformation initiatives, and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.You’ll work closely with Security, Infrastructure, Engineering, Identity, and Operations teams while providing technical leadership and architectural governance across global regions.Responsibilities:Define enterprise architecture, standards, roadmaps, and governance for digital workplace, endpoint, identity, collaboration, and cloud platforms.Lead Microsoft 365 architecture across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Identity, Security, Compliance, and Endpoint Management.Design and govern Azure, AWS, and GCP architectures, including hybrid and multi-cloud strategies.Drive endpoint modernization using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, and cloud-managed/co-managed solutions.Lead architecture decisions, risk management, technical governance, and solution lifecycle management.Translate business and security requirements into scalable technical solutions and communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.Produce architecture documentation, standards, operational guides, and ensure successful operational handover and knowledge transfer.Mentor engineering teams and support long-term technology strategy.Technical Expertise:Identity & AccessSSO, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, RBAC, PIMB2B Collaboration, External Identities, Access Reviews, Entitlement ManagementExchange Online/Hybrid ExchangeMicrosoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDriveMicrosoft Purview (DLP, Information Protection, Retention, Compliance)Power PlatformPower Apps, Power Automate, DataverseALM, Managed Environments, DLP, Connectors, Power Fx, AI Builder, Power BISCCM/MECM & Co-managementEndpoint Security & Endpoint Privilege ManagementCloud, Security & AutomationPowerShell, Microsoft Graph APIMicrosoft 365 Licensing & OptimizationZero Trust architecture and automationWhat We’re Looking For10+ years’ experience in enterprise architecture, Microsoft 365, Identity, Endpoint Management, and Cloud technologies.Proven experience delivering large-scale digital workplace and cloud transformation programmes within global enterprise environments.Strong architecture governance, documentation, operational readiness, and service transition experience.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Experience mentoring technical teams and driving enterprise technology strategy.You’ll Thrive If YouThink strategically with an enterprise-first mindset.Balance security, compliance, user experience, and operational excellence.Enjoy leading transformation and influencing senior stakeholders.Are passionate about automation, governance, documentation, and continuous improvement.What We OfferImpactful work.
