Reason for Opening: Supporting a critical enterprise client engagement focused on optimizing SAP PP workflows and integrating production planning with warehouse management solutions.

Deliverables: Custom SAP PP configuration, setup and execution of Kanban systems, and seamless integration mapping between SAP PP, SAP EWM, and MES.

Interview Process: Multi-stage evaluation assessing hands-on SAP PP configuration expertise, integration knowledge (EWM/MES), and scenario-based problem-solving.

Travel/Expenses: Client will cover travel and expenses as needed for project-related travel., * Join our Custom Software Engineering team as an SAP Production Planning (PP) Lead to design, implement, and optimize core manufacturing and supply chain processes. In this role, you will lead solution delivery for SAP PP module configurations, specializing in Kanban execution and cross-functional integration with warehouse and execution systems. You will collaborate directly with enterprise client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment to resolve complex functional challenges and align SAP architecture with business requirements., * Lead the design, configuration, customization, and deployment of the SAP Production Planning (PP) module.

• Drive hands-on implementation and optimization of Kanban methodology within manufacturing processes.
• Lead integration efforts connecting SAP PP with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Analyze complex operational issues, provide expert troubleshooting, and resolve high-priority functional challenges in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional specs and streamlined SAP architecture.
• Maintain alignment with Pacific Time Zone team hours to facilitate seamless communication and Agile sprint execution., * Configure, implement, and maintain SAP PP modules tailored to client business needs.
• Implement Kanban processes to streamline production workflows and inventory control.
• Architect and troubleshoot functional integration points between SAP PP, SAP EWM, and MES.
• Partner with cross-functional project teams to analyze complex challenges and implement scalable fixes.

Education: No specific degree explicitly required by client.

US Person Status (US Citizen or Green Card Holder) - Non-negotiable requirement due to strict client ITAR compliance obligations. (Make sure they able to submit there copy of proof documents during background check )

SAP PP (3-5 years) - Deep configuration, custom setup, and end-to-end implementation experience in SAP Production Planning.

SAP EWM (3-5 years) - Proven hands-on knowledge driving functional and data integration between PP and Extended Warehouse Management.

Kanban Execution - Demonstrated experience implementing and optimizing Kanban methodologies in an SAP environment.

NICE-TO-HAVES

SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME) module experience.

Strong track record in client-facing consultative delivery.
