The company is scaling rapidly and already seeing strong traction with enterprise customers.About the Role:They are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help design and scale the core systems behind an AI-driven automation platform. You’ll join a small, high-impact engineering team working on event-driven microservices that underpin enterprise-grade AI products.What You’ll Do:You’ll design, build, and operate the backend systems behind our agentic automation platformDesign and optimise event-driven systems with Apache KafkaContribute to a microservices environmentCollaborate closely with AI teams to integrate LLMs and reasoning enginesWork with GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines and observability toolsWhat You’ll Bring:Proficiency in Go or PythonHands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures xbhjioeSolid understanding of SQL & NoSQL databasesExperience with Docker and KubernetesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering workflowsSalary: €65,000-€95,000 + Share options schemeLocation: Spain / Europe (Remote or Hybrid)Senior Backend Engineer | AI Scale-up | Golang, AWS, Kafka | Up to €95K
