Job description

Our customer is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to work with a software development team providing enterprise system support. The successful candidate will contribute software expertise in Salesforce development, Java application integration, and Java enterprise services hosted on an AWS platform.

Requirements

  • Front end: Salesforce and single-page application development using JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, jQuery, and jQuery UI.
  • Back end: REST, Java, JDBC, and Oracle Database.
  • Build and source-control tools: Git, with experience delivering tactical and strategic improvements to large-scale Java products.
  • Documented experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) routines.
  • Documented experience with Amazon Web Services, including S3, RDS, EC2, and ECS.
  • Ability to translate software requirements into working, maintainable solutions within existing application frameworks.
  • Experience implementing the complete product lifecycle, including design, development, quality, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Ability to develop and adhere to application development best practices.
  • Commitment to continuous team performance improvement and collaboration.
  • Creative and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

Desired Skills

  • Documented experience with additional AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, and SNS.
  • Documented experience with Jenkins and GitHub.
