These roles will involve working on discovery, integrations, and incident management within the ServiceNow platform. The developers will be matrixed into the client’s project and will report to the Manager of IT Service Management. There is an effort to enhance the end-to-end certificate management process, which includes discovery, integrations, and incident-related tasks.

Contribute to the enhancement of the certificate management process, focusing on discovery and integrations.

Handle inbound integrations into ServiceNow, including setting up staging tables, transforms, and Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules.1

Assist with incident-related tasks within the certificate management scope.

ServiceNow Certificate Management Module: Experience using this module is highly desired.

ServiceNow Discovery: This is a big one, and even if a candidate lacks certificate management experience, strong discovery experience is crucial.

Inbound Integrations into ServiceNow: Candidates must have experience with inbound integrations.

CAD and CSA Certifications: Required, with a preference for those certified for at least five months.

ServiceNow Configuration: Candidates should know how to set up staging tables, transforms, and IREs (Identification and Reconciliation Engine)., Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

The roles are for an effort to “beef up the certificate management process end to end,” including discovery and integrations. This highlights the importance and impact of the work.

The team is deploying new AI functionality every month in the ITSM space, with more coming in 2027, indicating a forward-thinking and evolving environment.

Work Environment & Logistics:

Locations: Preferred locations are Dallas (Irving), Charlotte, or Arizona (Chandler), as there are capable teams in these offices to guide new hires.

Onboarding: Erin is looking to onboard quickly, ideally by October, and is open to onboarding candidates in waves.

Interview Process: Typically involves one panel interview for contractors.
