The Epic Onsite Learning Consultant provides at the elbow support, learning activities, and end user setting labs (personalization) for new OCHIN members during and after go-live of the Epic System., * Lead in the design, development and implementation of Learning Experience curricula, including multi-day bootcamps, full and part day webinars, and autodidactic curricula.
- Work intensively with health center teams participating in assigned projects to refine their Learning/Training Team implement best practice concepts.
- Design, develop, and implement member assessments/consults around Learning/Training performance and evaluate needs to identify opportunities for improvements and possible solutions.
- Lead in the coordination of member consultations, including planning meeting logistics, communicating with members, preparing content for meetings, and coordinating follow-up.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with electronic health records (EHR) software, EPIC strongly preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with EPIC is strongly preferred with a preference for 2-5 years supporting Ambulatory and Acute Care clinical setting.
- Strong consulting, facilitation, customer service and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences preferred.
- Experience working with or within Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) or Acute Care Healthcare Centers preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 80% nationally to support new member Go Lives.
- Prior to moving forward to the team interview, all candidates are required to complete a 50-60-minute competency assessment. Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Constant interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer service. Frequent creativity, mentoring, presentations/teaching. Occasional decision making and independent judgment or action.
- Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.
- While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms.
- This position requires a virtual home-office environment, working remotely and will require that employees be on camera for all virtual meetings.
- The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and mobile devices.
- Travel is required to support OCHIN’s business requirements for Go-Live installations or training which may require travel by air, vehicle, or train.

The final offer will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant skills, certifications, education, experience, training, responsibilities, internal equity, and market data.
