Workday Extend Developer

10 15 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Workday solutions Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Integrations and Workday Studio Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Workday Extend development experience Strong expertise in Workday Extend Model Level Components, PMD Scripting, Orchestrations, Workday Studio, EIB, and third-party integrations Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday Extend applications Ability to build secure, scalable, and high-performing Workday Extend solutions based on business requirements Experience leading client discovery workshops and solution design sessions for Workday implementations Strong experience with Workday HCM, custom reporting, and integration development Expertise in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical Workday Extend solutions Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise Workday solutions Strong understanding of application security, performance optimization, testing, deployment, and operational support Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field Nice-to-Have Skills: Workday Extend Certification Experience supporting Boeing or other large enterprise Workday implementations Experience integrating Workday with third-party applications Innovative approach to designing Workday Extend solutions for complex business requirements Experience with enterprise cloud platform implementations and custom application development
