Application Engineer - III

• Perform senior-level systems analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of applications and databases., + Submit and document change control requests and ensure compliance with established processes.

• Participate in system design reviews, code reviews, and testing activities throughout the development lifecycle.

• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance on best practices.

• Mentor and support less experienced team members.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business needs and deliver technology solutions that meet those needs.

• Communicate technical concepts and systems issues effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ensure compliance with Information Technology and Information Security policies, standards, and procedures.

• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience, including at least 1 year of application development experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and application architecture principles.

• Experience analyzing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
