Requirements
- J2EE: 10+ years of experience.
- IBM DB2 UDB: 10+ years of experience.
- Java: 10+ years of experience.
- Eclipse: 10+ years of experience.
- Prior state government experience within the last five years.
- Experience with the applicable enterprise application or comparable large-scale government application: 1 3 years preferred.
- Strong experience with application development, debugging, maintenance, refactoring, and enhancement.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with requirements management and issue-tracking tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Strong documentation and technical communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and technical leads.
