Requirements

  • J2EE: 10+ years of experience.
  • IBM DB2 UDB: 10+ years of experience.
  • Java: 10+ years of experience.
  • Eclipse: 10+ years of experience.
  • Prior state government experience within the last five years.
  • Experience with the applicable enterprise application or comparable large-scale government application: 1 3 years preferred.
  • Strong experience with application development, debugging, maintenance, refactoring, and enhancement.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with requirements management and issue-tracking tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Strong documentation and technical communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and technical leads.
