Job description

  • Architect and implement engineering solutions to complex problems
  • Lead project priorities and manage deadlines
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams
  • Support business needs during US hours as an engineering representative
  • Communicate technical direction and project ideas to solve business challenges
  • Mentor team engineers to foster a collaborative culture
  • Develop a strategic product by participating in design and development

Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience
  • Expert-level proficiency in backend development, particularly in Java
  • Good experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
  • Experience with databases including SQL, NoSQL, OLAP, and data lake architectures
  • Strong ownership mentality and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to mentor and collaborate with engineers, * Flexible work environment and global team culture
