Are You a UKG Expert Who Enjoys Optimizing Systems, Driving Process Improvements, and Supporting a Growing Organization? A growing multi-state organization is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to take ownership of HR systems administration, reporting, integrations, and data integrity. This is a highly visible role that partners with HR, Payroll, IT, Accounting, and external vendors to ensure HR technology supports business growth and operational excellence. If you enjoy a mix of system administration, troubleshooting, reporting, automation, and cross-functional collaboration, this could be an excellent opportunity., * Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the organization’s UKG platform
- Maintain system configuration, security access, user roles, workflows, and overall system integrity
- Manage reporting, dashboards, custom fields, and workforce data analytics
- Support integrations, file feeds, and data exchange between HR systems and other business applications
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors
- Lead system testing, upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects
- Support performance management, benefits administration, learning management, and other HR technology programs
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Accounting to improve processes and drive automation initiatives
- Assist with HR-related operational projects and compliance reporting
- Provide backup support for payroll processing as needed
- Develop training materials and user resources to improve system adoption and effectiveness
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience with substantial HRIS administration responsibility
- Strong UKG administration experience, including system setup, configuration, reporting, workflows, and security management
- Experience supporting HRIS integrations, data feeds, and vendor relationships
- 2+ years of payroll processing or payroll support experience
- Experience supporting HR systems within a multi-state organization
- Strong understanding of data integrity, security permissions, and privacy best practices
- Ability to analyze data and create meaningful reports and dashboards
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
