Senior FPGA Development Engineer Barcelona Hybrid Contract Asegúrese de presentar su candidatura con toda la información solicitada, tal como se expone en la descripción del puesto a continuación.Looking for your next FPGA contract working on cutting-edge technology used in high-performance electronic systems?We’re working with an international engineering organisation looking to bring an experienced FPGA Development Engineer into a highly specialised R&D team based in Barcelona.You’ll be joining an established product development programme, helping to develop advanced FPGA technology for sophisticated electronic platforms used across communications, industrial and research applications.This is a genuinely hands-on engineering position where you’ll spend your time designing, implementing and validating FPGA functionality, solving challenging FPGA design and integration problems, and collaborating closely with experienced software, hardware and systems engineers across an international development team.The Opportunity Hybrid working in Barcelona Initial 6 month contract Potential for extension Join an established, long-term product development programme Work alongside international engineering teams What You’ll Be Doing Developing and enhancing FPGA functionality using SystemVerilog Working across the full FPGA development lifecycle, from implementation through to verification and hardware validation Optimising FPGA designs for performance, reliability and timing Debugging complex issues spanning FPGA, embedded software and hardware Integrating FPGA designs into larger hardware and software systems Collaborating with engineers across multiple technical disciplines to deliver production-quality solutions What We’re Looking For You’ll ideally have experience with most of the following: Strong commercial FPGA development experience Strong RTL development experience using SystemVerilog, Verilog and/or VHDL, ideally with good SystemVerilog experience Experience with Xilinx/AMD FPGA platforms and Vivado, or comparable FPGA development toolchains FPGA implementation, simulation and timing closure RTL development within complex FPGA-based systems Good understanding of digital design principles, clock domain crossing and interface design Experience integrating FPGA functionality alongside software and hardware teams Familiarity with Git and collaborative development environments It Would Be Great If You Also Had Experience developing products for instrumentation or other high-performance embedded systems Integrating FPGA designs into larger multi-device systems Why Apply?This is an opportunity to work on complex FPGA technology used within high-performance commercial systems supporting some of today’s most exciting engineering fields.xsgfvud You’ll join an experienced international development team where you’ll be given real ownership of FPGA implementation and have the chance to contribute to technology deployed in demanding real-world applications.
