Requirements

About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Java/AWS Developer to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java 21, Spring Boot, GitHub Copilot or Claude Code, CI-CD (like Jenkins), Docker along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments., * Java 21

Spring Boot
Relational databases - Postgres, Oracle etc. (from Application development perspective like SQL, CRUD Operations, Joins etc.)
RESTful APIs design and development
GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
At least one testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito)
API Integration Testing, contract testing using any one framework

Secondary Skill

Deep understanding of Microservices architecture
Prior experience of application deployment in ECS - Cloud platforms (AWS)
CI-CD (like Jenkins), Docker

Good to have

Knowledge of any one NoSQL databases

Experience

5+ years of experience in Java development for distributed systems
3+ years of experience with Spring framework. Expertise in using Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Cloud etc.
3+ years of hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
Prior experience in working with high throughput, low latency, and time sensitive applications
Must be an individual contributor who can deliver the work without much hand holding
